Fishing at Domaine du Houssay
An ideal place for fishing
With its three lakes, the Domaine du Houssay is an ideal place for fishing, on a 40-hectare communal leisure base in a green and calm setting.
Near Le Mans, carp fishermen can enjoy night fishing with 24 to 72 hour packages. The fish stocking is done every year, and you will find Black Bass, Carp, Sturgeon, Pike, White Bear, Pikeperch, Roach. Fishing cards are available in April, May, June and September at the reception of the Domaine, every day from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and in July and August from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm always at the reception of the Domain.
And also at the Decathlon store location in Ruaudin 72230, Zac des Hunaudière, from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Participants can enjoy the nature and the fishing that is available to them! For a day, a night or even the possibility of taking a yearly card.
Fishing is “NO KILL” at the Domaine du Houssay. The aim of this practice is to catch a fish and then release it in the best conditions so that it can continue its life, reproduce and why not fight again.
The record for the biggest carp caught at the Domaine du Houssay is 27kg.
