The leisure park
The Domaine du Houssay is a 40-hectare leisure centre a few hundred metres from the town centre.
Purchased in 2002 by the local authority, it was previously owned by the Renault works council.
With its three 10-hectare lakes, the estate is entirely enclosed, and the marina overlooks the Sarthe, which runs alongside the estate, without ever communicating with the three lakes.
The *** campsite is located in a 40 hectare estate, near a lake with a beach and supervised swimming in summer.
Five chalets can be rented all year round, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
With its three lakes, the Domaine du Houssay is an ideal place for fishing.
